I have spent a very exciting 3 weeks on an internship at Aardman animations working on the 'Shaun the Sheep Movie'This has been a fantastic learning experience for me. For 2 weeks I was working as an animation assistant making replacement mouth shapes and eyelids for the Farmer and Bitzer characters. For the last week I did some animation tests with a ball and socket puppet from their previous film 'Pirates! in an adventure with Scientists' whose name was Faraday. Below you can see the test animation I made along with some photos of the process. Aardman tests from Laura Tofarides on Vimeo.

You are a goddamn rockstar. I remember when you were just a baby, only 6 months old, and I used to play peek-a-boo with you and hold you in my arms and feed you candy and cool-aid, and let you smoke cigarettes. Now look at you! I'm so proud of you and all you are accomplishing with the CGI.
